i have talk to wisaaka8, he is apologizing for this, he will take down residence and he will make up fields again up so i dont loose twice...

but i do not understand why he did that instead of looking in this forum or asking one of leaders to check up situation before he send chief...

Just a misunderstanding..his claim unfortunately was on our forum. But it's fixed now

There was no claim on that village in our forum, ringo. Another village, yes, and desire to try chiefing other unnamed villages Venom-X had, but it is misleading to say that a claim for the village chiefed here was on our forum.

I would hope that a general would not chief a village without making an official claim and confirming it here.

Well yes, he thought it held. He now knows it didn't and it's resolved with VIKING. We have clear rules here too. So hopefully, it shouldn't happen again.
